ASEQ Studentcare
ASEQ administers student health and dental plans on college campuses all across Canada. ASEQ uses Live Expert stations to give campus students easy access to Studentcare Member Service agents to address their needs via video chat and interactive information sharing.
ASEQ has found that using Live Expert stations is a cost effective alternative to maintaining physical offices with onsite staffing. They can also offer expanded hours of service, which would otherwise be costly with onsite offices.

Wijkonnekt is a Dutch company that provides senior healthcare and social services by video to the elderly population. Wijkonnekt uses a customized Live Expert mobile app, as well as the Live Expert Anywhere module, which is 100% browser-based.
Using Live Expert, Wijkonnekt clients can connect with an available Wijkonnekt caretaker in real-time without having to schedule a video conference. Wijkonnekt caretakers use live video and interactive tools to provide high-engagement services, including inviting family members or other providers to join a video session in real-time.Live Expert gives caregivers the opportunity to have more frequent face-to-face interactions with their clients and respond to their needs in real-time.
Total Med Solutions
Total Med Solutions is the largest operator of aesthetic spas in Texas. Their clinics provide physician-supervised hormone, weight loss, and skin care treatments.
Each clinic uses Live Expert to connect with a supervising physician in real-time. Remote physicians use video chat and interactive content sharing to consult with patients before the clinic proceeds with treatment. This virtual, on-demand service model allows Total Med Solutions to efficiently make physician consultations available to each of their locations.

Perception Programs, Inc
PPI provides therapy and counseling treatment for addictions, substance abuse, depression, and other disorders. Traditionally, these services were provided only at PPI’s Behavioral Health Centers and Residential or Recovery Housing.
